Provide Hope
Support Lives

Program Details:
Upon arrival, each child undergoes a comprehensive assessment to evaluate their emotional, psychological, and physical needs. The center is staffed with a dedicated team of professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and caregivers, who provide individualized support tailored to each child’s unique situation. The crisis center focuses on helping children process and heal from their traumatic experiences through therapy, educational support, and recreational activities. Children are given a stable routine to provide a sense of security while they work through their trauma. The staff fosters a supportive, compassionate environment where children can begin to trust again and rebuild their sense of safety and identity.
The goal of the center is not only to address immediate needs but to prepare children for the next phase of their journey, which may include being placed in a permanent foster home or other long-term care settings. Through the holistic care provided at the Crisis Center, children develop resilience and coping strategies, setting the foundation for a healthier future. Neve Michael also collaborates with other social services to ensure a smooth transition for children to their next home, ensuring that they are well-prepared to thrive in their new environment.
