Kibbutz Neve Michael

On Rosh Hodesh Adar our children entered the Neve Michael dining room and were surprised to find that they were on a “kibbutz.” In the photo below, the signs and décor portray a kibbutz atmosphere. This “good morning from the kibbutz” 🐣🦆🐰 message conveys to our children a sense of the cooperative ideals of a kibbutz community which also apply to society in general. Our children are encouraged to cooperate with one another and work together to achieve great things. The group ideal doesn’t come at the expense of the individual, with everyone working according to their capabilities and needs, just like on a kibbutz.
